Cancellations made 90 days or more before the event date receive a full refund minus a $200 administrative fee. Cancellations made 60-89 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event are non-refundable. Date changes may be accommodated based on availability.

Yes, you can bring your own vendors for certain services. However, catering must be provided by our in-house team or from our list of approved caterers. Outside vendors for photography, videography, and entertainment are welcome but must provide proof of insurance and be approved by our event coordinator.

Yes, we have contingency plans for inclement weather. The covered pavilion can be fully enclosed with transparent sides if needed, providing protection while still allowing views of the gardens. For severe weather, we have an indoor backup space available at no additional cost. The decision to move indoors can be made up to 5 hours before the event.

Music and amplified sound must be kept at a reasonable level and must end by 10:00 PM on weekdays and 11:00 PM on weekends to comply with local noise ordinances. Our sound system is equipped with limiters to ensure compliance while still providing excellent audio quality for your event.

We have partnerships with several nearby hotels that offer special rates for wedding guests. Our event coordinator can provide a list of recommended accommodations at different price points, all within a 10-minute drive from the venue. We also offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from these partner hotels for your guests.
